XXIA Profile
Ixia (XXIA) was a publicly-traded company based in the United States that provided network testing, visibility, and security solutions to enterprises, service providers, and government organizations. The company was founded in 1997 and offered a range of products and services for testing and monitoring network performance and security.
In 2017, Ixia was acquired by Keysight Technologies, a leading electronic measurement company, for approximately $1.6 billion. Following the acquisition, Ixia became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Keysight and was delisted from the NASDAQ stock exchange.
