MDCP Profile
VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ESG ETF aims to achieve its investment objectives by focusing primarily on mid-cap companies. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of mid-cap companies, which are defined as firms with market capitalizations that fall within the range of those represented in the Russell Mid Cap Index at the time of initial purchase. This targeted approach allows the fund to capture growth opportunities in the mid-cap sector while maintaining a defined market capitalization range.
Typically, the fund holds approximately 30 individual securities, primarily consisting of common stocks. This concentrated approach enables the fund to focus on a select group of mid-cap companies with strong growth potential and align with its investment criteria. The selection process is designed to identify companies with robust financials and growth prospects within the mid-cap category, offering investors exposure to a specific segment of the equity market.
In addition to domestic equities, the fund may also invest in foreign securities, including American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs). This international component provides additional diversification and opportunities for growth outside the U.S. market, enhancing the fund's overall investment strategy and broadening its exposure to global mid-cap opportunities.
The VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ESG ETF integrates Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria into its investment process, ensuring that the companies it selects align with sustainability and ethical standards. By combining a focus on mid-cap equities with ESG considerations, the fund seeks to deliver both strong financial performance and positive impact, making it a compelling choice for investors seeking responsible investment options in the mid-cap space.
