company that was established in 2012 when it was spun off from Kraft
Foods Inc. The company's headquarters were located in Northfield,
Illinois. Kraft Foods Group operated in the food and beverage industry
and produced many popular brands, including Kraft, Oscar Mayer, and
JELL-O.
In 2015, Kraft Foods Group merged with H.J. Heinz
Company to form Kraft Heinz Company, which is now a multinational food
and beverage company with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois and
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The merger created one of the largest food
and beverage companies in the world. Today, Kraft Heinz Company
continues to produce a wide variety of food and beverage products and
is traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker
