Innocoll Holdings plc was a global, commercial-stage, specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and manufacturing innovative products for surgical and wound care management. The company was incorporated in Ireland and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. Innocoll had a range of products in its pipeline and a broad patent portfolio covering its proprietary collagen-based technologies, including CollaGUARD, Collatamp G, and CollaPlug.
In October 2016, Innocoll was acquired by Gurnet Point Capital, a private equity firm, and delisted from the NASDAQ Stock Exchange. The company is no longer publicly traded.
