Intelligence Group, Inc. (ININ) was a publicly traded company that
provided software and services for customer engagement, unified
communications, and collaboration. The company was based in
Indianapolis, Indiana, and was founded in 1994 by Donald Brown.
ININ's main products included the PureCloud, PureConnect, and
PureEngage software platforms. These platforms provided businesses
with various tools for managing and improving their customer
interactions, including call center management, chat support, and
social media management.
In 2016, ININ was acquired by Genesys,
a customer experience and contact center solutions company, for $1.4
billion. Following the acquisition, ININ's products were integrated
into the Genesys product portfolio and its brand was retired.
ININ's stock was listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the
