Supply Holdings, Inc. (HDS) is an industrial distributor in North
America, providing a broad range of products and value-added services
to professional customers in the maintenance, repair and operations,
infrastructure, and non-residential and residential construction
markets.
HDS operates through three business segments:
Facilities Maintenance, Construction & Industrial – White Cap, and
Corporate. The Facilities Maintenance segment offers maintenance,
repair and operations products, water and wastewater treatment
products, and value-added services. The Construction & Industrial –
White Cap segment provides products and services to specialized
contractors involved in non-residential and residential construction.
The Corporate segment includes expenses related to corporate
activities and certain other costs that are not allocated to the
operating segments.
As of its most recent financial statements
in 2021, HDS reported net sales of $8.4 billion and net income of $254
million. The company has a market capitalization of approximately $10
billion and operates across 44 U.S. states
