The
iShares MSCI EAFE Growth ETF (EFG) is an exchange-traded fund that
tracks the performance of companies in developed markets outside of
the U.S. and Canada that exhibit growth characteristics. The ETF seeks
to track the investment results of the MSCI EAFE Growth Index, which
includes large- and mid-cap companies in developed markets in Europe,
Australasia, and the Far East.

five holdings in the EFG ETF are ASML Holding NV, Tencent Holdings
Ltd., Kweichow Moutai Co. Ltd., LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE,
and Nestle SA. The ETF is heavily weighted towards information
technology, consumer discretionary, and healthcare sectors, with over
60% of its holdings in these sectors.
