Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services for residential and
business customers. The company's products include the magicJack
device, which allows users to make and receive calls over the
internet, and the magicApp, which allows users to make and receive
calls using a smartphone or tablet.
Founded in 1989 as a
computer security company, VocalTec Communications Ltd. was the first
company to develop and market VoIP technology. In 2008, the company
