Bridge Capital Holdings (BBNK) was a bank holding company headquartered in San Jose, California, that provided commercial banking services to small and mid-sized businesses, and professional firms in Silicon Valley, the Central Coast, and Southern California regions. The company offered a range of banking products and services, including commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate loans, treasury management services, and deposit services.
In 2016, Western Alliance Bancorporation acquired Bridge Capital Holdings in a cash and stock transaction valued at approximately $425 million. Following the acquisition, Bridge Capital Holdings was merged with and into Western Alliance Bank, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Western Alliance Bancorporation. As a result, Bridge Capital Holdings is no longer a publicly-traded company.
