Refund Policy
Software products created and distributed by Ashkon Software L.L.C. are marketed as
"shareware". It is assumed that when a user purchased a registered version from us then
he/she was satisfied with the program's features and functionalities, and no refund/return request would be requested by the user.
It is your responsibility to make sure the software fits your needs before
registration. We offer fully functional evaluation version for potential
users for download.
Please note that refund will not be given if
an email is simply send back to us telling bluntly to "refund to my
account" or "software does not work".
If a product has been ordered with a CDROM, CDROM shipments are
non-refundable. On a rare occasion of lost mail or corrupt
data we reship the CD within two weeks of original order date.
Ashkon Software reserves the right to
issue no refunds
